The Rosier studio is situated on the villa’s ground floor and enjoys a large terrace (BBQ, table and sun umbrella provided).
As any other of our studios, the Rosier is equipped with :

- fridge
- microwave oven
- TV.

Tax of stay : € 0,40 per day and per person (aged 12 and over).
Deposit : 30 % on booking.
Cash security deposit : €500 on arrival and fully refunded after departure (sent back after complete check of the flat / apartment).
Housework at the end of the stay : €50.
bed linen rental : €10 per bed.
Don’t forget your towels, beach towels and sunscreen lotion !
