Tax of stay : € 0,40 per day and per person (aged 12 and over).
Deposit : 30 % on booking.
Cash security deposit : €500 for big flat and €300 for studios on arrival and fully refunded after departure (sent back after complete check of the flat / apartment).
Housework at the end of the stay : €50 for big flat and €30 for studios.
bed linen rental : €10 per bed.
Don’t forget your towels and beach towels !
